I recall there was something I read about b brain hemisphere desynchronization and RAF pilots being banned from eating it before a mission. The claim was that it interfered with decision-making.
There was no study. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t/isn’t true. No idea.
I did read that Dion Fortune had a low opinion of garlic and onions for people in spiritual training, cited above. Though she thought garlic (and onions) we’re safe once after one reached a certain level of spiritual mastery.
It depends on how much chemical compound there is I guess. Since harmful substances tends to damage pineal gland regardless. it would be better if it’s more natural. That applies for all types of processed food which I avoid entirely.
But you can do experiment by stopping it’s consumption for a while and then start again to check how your body reacts. this can be applied with any types of food that you have doubt with. But it does have detoxifying properties which is good overall. It comes down to what type are you consuming and how it’s made. Majority of the vinegar in the market are highly processed (even tho the brands claims it isn’t) but other than that it shouldn’t have any issue as long as it doesn’t contains any chemical substances or stuff that can affect you negatively. (Among the one’s available in market). Other than that I’m not aware of any issues with vinegar which can affect your spirituality negatively.
Ah i see, i was more so asking because i read on here that lots of more “bitter” magic is done with vinegar, so i wondered if it carried energy from that collective lol
It’s not about the elements but it’s about how you use it ( most of the time). They are like tools. But there’s always food and drink charger to remove negative energy if you’re uncertain.
