Quadible Integrity also had, I believe, End World Hunger and End Animal Cruelty but I haven’t used these two overmuch so I can’t say how effective they are.
I also think the newest Abundance field from Sapien Medicine is supposed to have a widespread effect, but I have not used it yet.
