Guys my Dogtag isn't arriving. It's been a month

I’ve been patiently waiting for it. But I have no clue as to where it is. I ordered it for someone in dire need. And it’s a lot of money. Can you help me please?

I tried contacting Sapien but no respose. What should I do guys? Can I cancel it? What’s the policy? Or just how to contact customer support?

It is not an order id. It is tracking number for UPS

you have to keep your tracking number private to you do not publish it i suggest you delete it

Communicate only with ups or teespring

Based on the tracking number, the shipment seems to have reached New Delhi and has been in transit from there to the next destination - a month seems too long, but I am not sure how the postal system works in India, especially during COVID. Is a month for this too long of a wait, or expected?

As it has already left the US, not sure if UPS can help. But yes, you should certainly open a case with Teespring. They are pretty responsive if you send a direct message to them on Twitter.

Hi! I can give you my experience with teespring dogtag orders. I live in Portugal. My first order was lost by the portuguese Mail. I emailed teespring and they resent the order for no extra charge. Them that second order took a really long time to arrive actually. It took 2 and a half moths to arrive and it was in the more serius quarentine time here.
