I listened to it 3 times and stopped on the 2nd day because I was dead tired and could not functional properly. In those 2 days, I lost some inches on the belly as my jeans was loose. The whole body felt leaner. I have now stopped it. I will start on 1st January when I change my playlist and most likely I will reduce it to accommodate this.
