Hardcore (Mythical)

I listen 2x Induced Follistatin, 6x hardcore, 2x Myofascial, 2x Muscle Recovery and 1x Love, Gratitude and Appreciation and do a simple 8min workout in the beginning while listening to my stack daily for about 40 days, without a lot of results. Any thoughts?

Once a week I run 5 miles while playing Induced Follistatin 2x and Hardcore 10x or is it better before or after? I’m a little confused. :pray:

Strength is a little bit better but not much and I almost don’t see any muscle growth.

Before I used to go to the gym 5 days a week for 20 years.

It’s only the physical fields that seem to be harder to get results, with the energetic fields the results are great. Maybe I have to put mana circuits and torsion in front of the stack? I do this in 4 other stacks during the day, so a little bit time consuming.

I also listen to other sapien muscle fields (core strenghtening, butt enlargement) during the 6x Hardcore to target specific areas.

And I also listen 2x times a day to self love booster stacks (2 hours each)
Once a day a muscle stack is ok right? :pray:

Yesterday I bought Tonic. 31 and today I immediately start to feel more energetic and stronger. Maybe this was also a bit of a missing link. Btw I have chronic fatigue.

Are you consuming enough quality calories to build muscle?

Yes, but I don’t eat much. My body doesn’t ask for it and I’m less hungry lately.
Probably cause my system is more open, receptive due to integrating certain fields and I receive more energy from all the prana vayus that have been activated and balanced the last months by spiritual processes.

The food I eat is pretty energized!

how about protein? protein itself is more important than calories, you dont even need to be in a calorie surplus to gain muscle, but you also don’t want to be in a calorie deficit

I don’t eat meat! I get my protein out fruit/vegetables/nuts and I take hemp protein powder extra and beetroot powder + I take multivitamin (Solgar) + a lot of honey instead of sugar.

I start my morning with neem and turmeric balls. After my sadhana I eat my handful of groundnuts. I eat again at noon 12 o’clock and in the evening 6 o’clock.

I’m slim, but last 4 months I gained 10 pounds which is good. Probably partially because I quit smoking. Maybe I have to wait a bit longer and maybe in the future buy MBL? I don’t want to gain a lot of muscles but I want to gain more strength.
Is my muscle stack/program ok? :pray:

If that’s mainly muscle, that’s really good!
Regarding diet, maybe try adding some legumes every day, dal/bean etc. Or egg white if you eat egg.

Your stack is ok.
Though I think you really don’t need 10 repetitions of anything really.

Remember - while these fields work also without working out, you will always have greater benefits if you also make physical effort that is in the same direction as the fields. I.e. weight training to gain muscle.
What is your routine like now? You wrote you used to go to the gym a lot and now you run a bit. Do you still go to the gym?
If not and you manage to keep your muscle, that’s already waaaay better than the baseline would be.

you are a person that listen to an extensive amount of fields, i cannot tell you precisely if your stack is okay or not, only you know, how do you feel with it? are you overwhelmed? has the idea of listening to less fields to enhance the progress of others cross your mind? if so give it a try, as a lot of people say, follow your intuition…

Yes, I listen 16 hours a day/night, but I’m not really overwhelmed!
A lot of fields I use in different stacks are the same, but still 30 different fields I guess.

  • 2x self love booster stack (4,5 hours in total)
  • 2x spiritual stack (5 hours in total)
  • 1x plasma healing stack (2,5 hours)
  • 2x plasma esthetic stack (3 hours total)
  • 1x muscle stack (1hour)

How many grams of protein do you get a day?

And how much do you weigh?

I don’t weigh my food so I really don’t know. I weigh 80kg/175lbs.

I did fitness for 20 years and the last 15 years I almost didn’t gain or loose any muscles.
The last 3 years I eat a lot healthier. No more sugar, fast-food, meat, coffee, soft drinks, cigarettes,…

I think that’s what you should focus on bro, there’s a ton of people who lift for so many years and don’t gain much weight cuz they’re not eating enough protein/getting enough calories… You cant build with out any building blocks

Try striving for 185 g of protein a day bro

I think its a bit faster at putting on muscle than MBL

And the two in conjunction are a match made in heaven, as they cover both sides of the equation

Better not… It’s not advised to listen to multiple fields at once, unless it’s one environmental field and one personally active field

Would definitely hinder results

And yeah i know some people like listening in that fashion lol… i don’t think they reap the full benefit from the fields for the most part when they do it in this fashion, i believe it’s not recommended by the sapien team for a good reason
