Strength is a little bit better but not much and I almost don’t see any muscle growth.
Before I used to go to the gym 5 days a week for 20 years.
It’s only the physical fields that seem to be harder to get results, with the energetic fields the results are great. Maybe I have to put mana circuits and torsion in front of the stack? I do this in 4 other stacks during the day, so a little bit time consuming.
I also listen to other sapien muscle fields (core strenghtening, butt enlargement) during the 6x Hardcore to target specific areas.
And I also listen 2x times a day to self love booster stacks (2 hours each)
Once a day a muscle stack is ok right?
Yesterday I bought Tonic. 31 and today I immediately start to feel more energetic and stronger. Maybe this was also a bit of a missing link. Btw I have chronic fatigue.
