I am currently listening to:

MBL x3
St.Biceps x1
Hardcore x3

as part of my workout playlist.

Still getting up just fine even without using Muscle Recovery 2.0. BUT, I have been listening to the first two for 2 months now, 6 days a week with 1 day break. as well as the Upper Body Workout prior to Hardcore.

I’m already using Muscle recovery v.2 , helps a lot!!! 3 Treasures sound tempting, but the most precious thing we have is TIME, so I need to limit the fields I listen to, otherwise I won’t be capable to manage it.

@WellBeing thanks for the tip, but I still want to not only feel fly rather grow some wings and take off for real :laughing:

If you continue that path, maybe at some point you’re going to be capable to challenge the great, and only @Zen!!!

I personally haven’t been working out for couple of months due to an injury😑…

It will take me some time to get back in shape, but I’m gonna be back like Batman (without the costume though) :grin:

Do finish the workout with Extreme muscle field or there is no need for this.

I do, 1 loop of Extreme Muscle Growth (EMG) after Hardcore. I was even using Testosterone 2.5, DHT, Estrogen Reducer, HGH 2.0 then EMG in that order right after Hardcore.

But I think that’s overkill and switched out the first 4 hormone related fields with Muscle Recovery 2.0 from Plasma Brothers album, while keeping EMG.

I felt this too yesterday when i used it with MBL, Biceps and pepper. Felt mashed completely by 3pm then i went for a run in the cold with a vest and shorts on, felt alive again haha.

@Zen, @pranic_climber I thought, I was the only one feeling that exhausted and real heavy, but It seems to be the beginning stage until the body adapts to it. In my case, I‘ve been out for 3 months due to an injury and I started now to get back in shape, I bought the hardcore field, blasted 4 times and the next morning I felt like If a truck hit me real hard lol.

That may be the case, but we really can’t say that because (and I say this kindly) friends like you are disregarding the item’s recommendations and, in your enthusiasm, overlistening to the field. We really can’t tell.

I think we can to some extend @WellBeing You‘re right about me, because I listened 4 times instead of 3, and I’m a little out of shape. In case of Zen and Vakuum, they seem to be pretty fit and experienced similar sensations, but nothing is absolute and can vary from one person to another. Either way, one thing is sure this field is very effective :slight_smile:
