Hi Guys , just wondering what is this particular function’s role and resulting benefits ?
Would it make the lifting tasks harder and our body weight heavier due to increased gravity and thus render our body’s athletic performance ? I’m sure I’m deciphering it’s function wrongly , it’s just that I’m not grasping it accurately, my bad, sorry guys
@jonathan4all The previous Upper Body and Lower Body automated workouts had HGH and Test included, this does not.
Results are incredibly fast with this field for me. I have never been so cut and defined in my entire life.
My friend thought I was on steroids lol.
Starting to get used to it now, less fatigue. Excited to test it out tomorrow on my first winter climb.

@Hero-King Just Muscles Beyond every couple of days still. The nice thing about this one is it covers a lot of the other workout fields I used prior. Made my list a lot shorter
Oh ok , thanks . I was just thinking would the muscles beyond sort of cancel out some of Hardcore’s results or vice versa . The thought came by when I was reading the description for both ,as the muscles beyond converts fats to stem cells and the hardcore actually uses fats as energy and also there is apoptosis to fats , so would the body be like be put in a dilemma when they are played back to back? How do you see it?
@Hero-King Nah, I space them out quite a bit (say Hardcore in the AM/Muscles Beyond evening) and I don’t do Muscles Beyond every day. Don’t worry

I lift/strength train three days a week and am pretty active.
I think this definitely speeds things up a bit, but also think you can get strong/toned with minimal efforts

I feel you on this man haha my structure keeps getting better and better and I’m not lifting or eating much protein lol im taking advantage of this time off the gym to heal and work a lot, I’m not listening every day either probably every second day i listen to a little gym playlist with this
But i will say when i do eat good and i pose along side with it the gains are a lot more noticeable… I can’t wait till i try this out in the gym!
