There definitely was a will, and I found the way!

I’m using it now, far more than Sapien recommends to begin with.

I’m using damn near all of Sapien’s audios that would compliment a workout so I find my recovery time is very short so I can use it a lot more than recommended.

I would like some critique on my current stack. It does include audios from other creators that I will. If its an issue to post outside fields, I’ll gladly take them out.

LGD 43033 X 1 (I’m careful with this one, 1 run seems to be enough)

Programmed Intention:
Muscle Workout on loop. This also provides a muscle workout, but its a lot less strong than Sapien’s. So I just loop it and get its passive effects.

Anything I should add?

I’ve played this about 15 times in the last 3 days, I’m loving it. Will be adding some regular workouts to my routine as well to further improve what Hardcore can do.

these affect you at the RNA level so you don’t need to use it every day.

They mess with your body, while they could be better than steroids they aren’t as nearly as good as using the audios you already own.

No hormonal side effects or anything.

The audios just target your muscles and that’s about it.

Exhaustion on the body, you wouldn’t lift 300 lb on bench everyday or would you?

This is important. It’s one thing to go balls out, making every rep count in a workout, but your body is so much more than something to build.

You use your body to love your life, and that takes energy. You don’t want to exhaust your energy to the point that you’re running on fumes on a regular basis. That’s how things like adrenal fatigue and certain forms of chronic fatigue set in. Then you’ll have to replenish and rebuild your energy reserves just so you can get from one room to another, let alone working out or going to work or having fun.

How often do we have to listen to this again before the effects wear off?

Is mewing enough to target the muscles in the face?

Not sure, should be quite a while.

if unsure do biweekly listens or monthly listens.

If u dont have any thyroid problems, playing thyroid regeneration X1 is enough.

If u dont have any problems with your Endocrine system and Lymphatic System, playing them X1-2 is enough, U dont need to play them X3 each.

I’m not sure why you’re want “to target the muscles in the face.” You might like to know that the muscles in the face are unique and very different from the other muscles in the body, in several ways. The one way that’s prompting me to reply here is that facial muscles don’t respond to exercise in the way the other muscles in the body do. For a variety of reasons (due to their differences) excessive exercise can actually degrade the muscles in the face. You can see this in people whose faces have “stuck” in various facial expressions (like a frowny mouth) because they’ve made that expression too often. There’s some truth to what our mothers used to scare us with: “If you keep making that expression, your face will stay that way.”

Again, I’m not sure in what ways you’re wanting “to target the muscles in the face” but there might be other ways of you accomplishing whatever it is you’re wanting to accomplish.

I was thinking in the sense of getting rid of fat in the face, and working the muscles to improve bone structure. But I can see how this field wouldn’t be suitable for that

If u want to slim down your face use Facial Symmetry with muscle toning x3 every day.
