There are real specialists (in the broadest sense of the term) in this forum, so it’s better to have their opinion but personally, I gained much more awareness of this chakra throughout the last 5-6 years.
When I say awareness, it’s not a “wowww amaziiing” effect but I really feel this pulsating sensation mentioned by yogis (among others), at different moments of the day. Something suggesting me to evaluate things, events, etc. a little more beyond the surface. I don’t know if I’ve gained much more intuition and empathy or what, my “gut feelings” still don’t always lead me to the “best” possible direction but… I definitely have a vision closer to 180 degrees, instead of the 23.5 degrees that I had in the past.
Definitely helped with energy sensitivity as well. I don’t laugh at all those “things” anymore, unlike in the past.
Edit: not talking about eye vision/sight of course (mine is quite bad) 
and 180 is only my personal goal. It can be taken much further.

I have born clairvoyant, so I can see spirits, ghosts, auras, energy, etc just like you see trees, cups, people, animals, etc.
Training was required to control it, but now I can use it when I want to

Well, I love it! I mean, when I was a kid, I don’t give it too much attention, it was just something ordinary to me, I don’t even talked about this with people because for me it wasn’t big deal. Then with 19yo I understood the awesoness of this ability and started training it.
Most people cry, faint or get VERY scared with ghosts, spirits, etc… I love to be able to see them, I never had fear about it.

@Angel Have there ever been a scary encounter? Or at least annoying? Do they try to make contact?

I have saw creatures that most people would scream when seeing them… But for me, honestly, I love to see their shapes, sizes, etc… I like to think about the why… Why it has 3 eyes? Horns? 4 tentacles? Etc… I am fascinated by this, like a child in the zoo 
I’ll put here some images close enough to what I have saw. I’ll blur the images, because some people may not want to see it, IDK.
A few days ago I saw something VERY similar to it, but the mouth was different and the eeyes was totally yellow. It was tormenting a girl’s mind and putting very unplesant thoughts in her mind.

Well, you can think I’m lying or I’m squizofrenic, but I’m not LOL
I saw my mother’s friend a few days after his death when I was 6yo and said it to my mom, that I was seeing him, and she asked me how he looked, then I said how he was dressed, and she said, a few years after this, this was the outfit he was at his funeral with… And all those spirits I have saw, I talked about them to the people who was with them and they totally agreed I was right about what they was living and experiencing, so I’m pretty sure I’m not allucinating
P.S. English is not my first language, probably I wrote something wrong here and there, please be pacient with me, I’m trying my best to learn

The first one, is it quite small? I think I’ve seen something similar many years ago. There were several of them running around in the room I was sleeping in. They kind of looked animated if you know what I mean. Real but sort of cartoonish… They gave out a really bad feeling.

One day I’ll speak fluently, I can read books in English easily, watch movies without subtitle… But speak and write… It’s difficult yet

I feel probably they are all entities given shape, behaviour and form at some time. Except the spirits of dead people who have already been experienced as forms.
As I have been through this forum for few months, Most experienced people here mentioned that they have been connecting and conversing the entities, like Angel , Deamon or something through energy and conceptual feeling. Even Aliens at present contacting us through such forms now as we are not prepared yet to experience them physically, atleast in their view.

Yes, they always know when someone can see them, even if you act like you’re not seeing them, they know, because they can feel it. They hate to be seen (The evil ones).
