Just to be 100% sure… if I can’t visualize well and have only started to work on my ability to concentrate on something for a longer period of time, will this still work? If I stare at a photograph of the person or, lacking a picture, just repeat their name?

Hey can I focus on healing two people at the same time?
Try it and report back.
(For many, the idea of “focus” and two separate people might seem contradictory, because you can’t really focus on two different things at the same time. What you’re really doing is a sort of “focusing on one and then, in the next instant, focusing on the other and back and forth like that.” So maybe you’d rather just do a proper focused job on that “focusing on one” bit and then do another focused job on the “focusing on the other”?)

Ah I just put both their photos before me (they’re a couple) and repeated that both will get better. But then to be on the safer side I played 2x times for each separately.

So this works very very fast.
After doing my bit for the above people (family friends), I tried it on myself. I have been experiencing a medium range back pain and leg pain since last week. Within 1 listen it lessened considerably.

Start by deciding which of these categories is your “most important” (however you define that), the one category that, if you only had to pick one of these categories for the rest of your life, the one you couldn’t live without.
Great! Now, put all the others aside for a moment. Look over your existing list in your chosen category. Like me, you may notice that you have a variety of goals in your existing list in your chosen category. That’s all right.
List the various goals that are already in your existing list for your chosen category. (You’re doing great.) Now, of those various goals, pick the “most important” goal of your chosen category. Put the others aside.
By now, your list should be plenty short. If you’d like more guidance, post your list after you’ve done this exercise of mine and we can tweak it some more.

they are all my goals, that’s why I asked for super fields that are must.
I understand that they’re all your goals. I recommended how you might prioritize them.
This really isn’t much different than selecting a restaurant when you want to go out to eat. After all, you can’t eat at all of them.
ETA: You didn’t specify but it seems to me you’re limiting yourself to free fields (which is all right but it would be nice of you to let us know if that’s a requirement before we make our suggestions). Although the free fields are powerful and beneficial,.many times they do tend to be more focused than many of the laid fields. This focus then means we have to have longer playlists to accomplish what many of the more inclusive, paid fields do. So, that’s something for you to consider as well.
