Hi everyone, just wanted to say hello and give you a blessing. Take a moment out of your day - simply be - and read.
Relax.
And enjoy.
I hope you’re all doing well, or at the very least, finding your breath and your own little moments of peace wherever you are, whoever you are and whatever you’re doing or planning to do.
Lately, I’ve been inspired by something simple but quietly profound and powerful: the idea that nature doesn’t strive — it just is. Trees don’t try to grow. Birds don’t try to sing. Rivers don’t force themselves to flow. And yet, everything thrives — not because it’s chasing anything, but because it’s aligned with its own nature.
Aligned with it’s own nature.
You know, it’s really just like the little green jedi master used to say “Do, or do not - there is no try”. Remember that? (Star wars people: please help out the non - star wars people in case they don’t know about this reference)
So, what if thriving is our natural state too? What if we stop trying, and simply be?
What if all we need is to pause… to bask in what’s already around us — the softness of morning light, the kindness in a stranger’s smile, the sound of wind through leaves? Or birds singing? The taste of your morning tea or coffee (have you ever savoured it?) Watching the moon and the stars? A hug or a kiss? Music? A good movie? Etc.
I’ve recently been pondering on these ideas and working with them, that’s why I’m writing this.
There’s a feeling of timeless peace and perfect acceptance you can find in nature itself. Thinking about it reminded me how healing it can be to simply appreciate the good, the beautiful, the simple… and let that be enough. Just let it be.
Let it be.
Let it be.
Oh let it be.
Maybe whisper words of wisdom
And let it be.
Btw, no, it does not mean we shouldn’t strive for more. It simply means, deeply appreciating what already is, and then growing from there.
There is real power in this.
Hence wherever you are right now — whether you’re at a high point or just quietly getting through the day — I just wanna remind you:
You are already enough.
You are already part of something beautiful.
Take a breath. Listen. And maybe, just maybe, let yourself glimpse this beautiful eternity for a moment.
I wish you stillness, joy, and the quiet thrill of simply being.
Namaste
And
Cheers
