Hello everybody.
I discovered Sapien Medicine on YouTube a couple of months ago.
It’s pretty intriguing, however, I must say that I was negative initially (not because of being a sceptic, but other reasons).
This was before discovering the subconscious limits video, which is starting to have effects (there’s a lot of stuff I need to let go of, I’ve built-up loads of negative thoughts over the years, and they need some serious work on lol).
I’m really looking forward to learning more here and progressing, especially reading about the opinions and experiences of others.
I hope to be able to help people as well at some point, as it’s always great to hear about positive changes in people’s lives.
