Help with Vertigo

Anything for dealing with Vertigo? Ask for Advice

I recently had a serious bout of Vertigo to the point I had to go to the ER. Never experienced anything like it before and thought I was dying lol. I’m relevantly new to sapiens work. Been listening to fields for around 3-4 weeks give or take a few days. I’ve joined sapien’s patreon and have also purchased from gumroad. I have no idea if the fields contributed to me experiencing Vertigo or not. I will say that I’ve never had anything like it before so it may have been a case of me possibly over…
