As you’ve mentioned, it can be a common thing for hemorrhoids to occasionally burst, especially under the additional pressure of harden stools.
I’m going to ask an indelicate question (which, of course, you don’t have to answer here): Are you sure that the bleeding is truly “constant”? (Because we can’t really directly see there for ourselves, if you know what I mean ) Or might it be in a place where the rupture gets opened up again and again, through activity or as your body is working to process your waste? Are you seeing the difference?
I’m not anywhere where I can do a proper search myself but isn’t there a field to help us with clotting? Might you try that in addition to the Hemorrhoid field?
If the bleeding is unusually heavy and/or truly “constant” for more than a few days or there’s unusual discharge or pain associated with this (and your fields are not helping you), then I’d vote “Yes.”
