How can I get less sleep?

I know I can use Hypet sleep state, but what other audios or items would work well in conjuction with it? For example, can I use the eternity dogtag while I sleep to get less sleep? What about superhuman mutant? Or APE item?

Sleeping deeper will make you more rested, and therefore you’ll be more rested in a shorter period of time. Therefore you’d need less sleep.

If you are going the route Mctoran suggests then Epsilon or Delta Brainwave audios could help.

But what audios or items that I can use to help me sleep less (other than hyper sleep state)?

I appreciate that, but I would like to know about sapein medicine audios/items that would work well with hyper sleep state to allow me to sleep less. For example, would the eternity field or APE field help me get less sleep? would superhuman mutant?

Wake up early and stick to it. Take a shower as soon as you wake up to wake up. And if you want to go that route, remove all blue light after the sun goes does. If you have an Apple phone/computer, there’s a setting for it to automatically adjust to remove blue light at Sundown. This will help in waking up with no problem as well as falling asleep easier

I have to say that blue light cannot be removed by the ‘night shift’ settings, it will only make your vision not feel as tired, by making the colors warmer. Blue light is emitted because of the lights on the pixels on our screen, the only way to use a screen without blue light is to get an E-ink display.

Hope you know that less sleep means more beta-amyloid build-up in your brain, which causes Alzheimer’s. And the audio that Sapien made for that is only experimental.

What sapiens audio does is that creates the gene mutation on the gene known DEC2. some people are born with that gene and only need 4-6 hours of sleep without side effects and function normally. What sapiens audio does is create a temporary version of that gene which means that if you get less sleep you will not feel the effects of sleep deprivation and you wont have to worry about your mind and body not getting refreshed.
