Addiction to pornography and its consequences in life

Hello people, I would like to know if there is an audio to overcome this addiction and recover all your potential. Since I was 11 years old (I am currently 20) I have looked at pornography almost daily and masturbated at least 2 times a day until I was 19 years old. This last year due to the pandemic my family went through financial problems that I had never had and when I wanted to support them or put myself in charge of the family business, my development as a person was not what was expected…
