How do control my negative thoughts

This does seem close to what the problem is, thank you for the advice :)

ive just realised i randomly always think of random negative situations ( like the car crashing one) and what would happen if it happend, ive done this for a long time, thanks to the meditation that i’ve been finally doing recently i’ve been aware of all my thoughts, would this come under generalized anxiety disorder? the thing is i dont really feel fear in these thoughts just an attachement to the idea? im wondering if it stems to anxiety and thinking of the worst outcome

From a book: People with GAD find it very difficult to distract themselves from their worries and intrusive thoughts. They expect the worst in every situation and develop symptoms of an anxiety attack as a result of their brain and body being too stressed. GAD sufferers find it extremely difficult to slow down and be in the present moment.

Adrenal fatigue may also be cause of it, advanced cases. Even gut micro biome disruptions, as Hippocrates said all disease begins in the gut. Now we have found disruptions in the micro biome affect the proper production of different chemicals such as dopamine/serotonin. Creating deppresion/anxiety.

Usually all the causes are all linked to a ‘big one’. Be it emotional or physical. You tackle the main cause, and you get rid of all the ramifications. But that you would have to find on your own.

these are intrusive thoughts, this happens to many people, don’t feel bad, when I am focused and with a calm mind my visualization is perfect and I can clearly visualize what I want, this is in Alpha / Theta waves, keeping my mind calm and low brain waves … then the Attention and Focus audio can help you: https://youtu.be/DPmHu_dIYQA

being a positive person is the main thing, if during the days you take care of your thoughts and cultivate positivity, you will hardly have intrusive thoughts … https://youtu.be/lMx69hgYq0s
