I’m using “automated workout system”
I heard that ‘imagining’ working out actually is proven to help u lose weight and build strength, and so I did that quite obsessively for 3 days together with caloric deficit and affirmations and I lost 7 kgs lol
But I tracked all the imaginary workouts I did as half the calories burned as a full body workout, because I read that on Google (it was the title and the article wouldn’t open up)
Wanted to know how I should track my calorie loss with this field… (automated workout system)

Add 5% to all day energy expenditure and the imagined workout. Add 1% for the imagined workout (I don’t really know, but do it some honor xD).
I’m not implying your body will work exactly like mice either xD

I find it Really Hard to believe that it’s possible, to lose 7kgs in a week - by visualizing, plus caloric deficit,…, however, there is a chance, since I lost more than 20kg in a week, due to almost dying in the hospital (meningitis, when I was 16), so, yeah, the body can indeed lose weight VERY Fast; Anyway, CONGRATZ!!
The Question is: Can You Repeat this Experiment and Achieve These Amazing Results?
Also, I have no idea how many calories does a weight loss audio burn, but I guess that it depends on the individual and their metabolism and how good does the field works for them (maybe they need Boosting/to become more Sensitive to Morphic Fields).
