How many days minimum should I hear it to get results?

Everyone’s different, so we can’t really say. Plus you don’t tell us what type of “results” you’re asking about, which makes a big difference in your question. For example, permanent physical results take a lot longer to show results than say some of the psychological fields. To make your question even harder to answer, people have different definition of what “results” are to them. Some people call feeling a field “results” because only then do they feel the field is working. (That’s not accurate because the field is working whether we feel them or not.)
