General rule of thumb (unless otherwise stated in the description): you are free to share your fields with immediate family and members of your household. If you share beyond that, usually the field protection kicks in and the field will not work for them.

The “how” really doesn’t matter (and the specific details have not been divulged, for security reasons) but the field knows from your intention, both of which are energy.

Started using this feeling for the first time this week after having it for like a year or so and man this really shaves the weight off your mid section.
