Well as far as I know once you remove a curse it is permanent unless:
the person that cast it on you does it again 
But that can only happen if you first believe it can happen and are not protecting yourself in any way or form.
Having a very strong aura, subconscious and psyche (mainly) and the firm believe that you are above anything thrown your way, you are good.
Work on expanding that aura, etc
And most important
keep your vibration high
