How to prevent loose skin while listening to these stacks or recover from it

Hello, I am still a 15 years old and I am obese I think 255 pounds, and I am trying to lose weight with the stacks, but I have a concern about the loose skin how do I prevent it or how do I get rid of it, is there a stack to do these?

I am trying to be lean and athletic (I have endomorph body) because I want to be agile and swift and not be bulky and heavy because I saw most of the photos of endomorph bodybuilders are bulky because they gain muscle fast but lose fat slower

I am fat since childhood because I have endomorph body and I am quite ashamed having it, I did a lot of workouts before but its effect are less and because of the lockdown I am always at home no excercise

So what can anyone say about this? Please fields that are on youube only or patreon

No this is not low self esteem, Its just being bulky is not my ideal

I am not an expert on body types, however when I was reading your post, this is what came into my observation:

These are two contradicting statements in my opinion.

If you allow me to give you a recommendation, then I would recommend running my Self Love Stack to heal the shame and all the trauma associated with it until these emotions are gone forever.

The reason for that is that very often the Subconscious Mind will run self-sabotage patterns that will prevent changes, in order to hide the much more severe pain of underlying emotional trauma. The source of this trauma can be anything but is usually something from early childhood.
