So I recently heard that oxygen can significantly improve cognitive ability (problem-solving, reasoning, working/long-term memory and more), has anybody noticed this? And if so, was the effect permanent after listening for a while.
Absolutely.
Most people only get oxygen tanks for illness but those who do, see all kinds of physical aging reversal.
I can attest to clearer thinking, age-reversal, feeling better than I have in years.
More oxygen is nearly always a good thing.
I truly recommend to start any brainstack with hyperbaric compression, that with NGF, BDNF, nitric oxide and some stimulation is awesome .
It’s kinda pricey though, I doubt many people will have it, hence why I don’t list it all the time
About that, a lot of people are concerned about the lasting effect of certain fields including this one.
I want to make it clear that although they may not be permanent themselves they boost neurogenesis and makes new neurons pop up faster, these new neurons are permanent.
So if your question is “does it boost the brain permanently ?”
The answer is “YES”
Same thing with the rest of the body, the oxygen may not be permanent, but the regeneration IS.
Yeah I heard the same thing with the enpp6 gene, whether or not it is active permanently is not relevant, as it produces myelin, which lasts for a long time, making you smarter overtime, without even having to listen to the field that much, so that’s good to know I suppose.
This includes some of the benefits, but there is another form of oxygen therapy, NBOT, which supposedly works better than hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and absorbs more oxygen. What is all of your opinions on this? Should I make this into a field request?
Oxygen does produce Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) as a byproduct though, which can contribute to aging and apoptosis.
More oxygen is nearly always a good thing.
Naah depends. When you’re in a panic state you breath in a paper bag to increase CARBON DIOXIDE to balance the system. I actually think most here run a metabolism that might benefit from an increased carbon dioxide to oxygen ratio provided by high altitudes/mountains. Which I believe is one of the reasons some of the saints liked to live on mountains.
People do a lot of things for illness and youth. Hydrogen(popular in Japan), Oxygen, Ozone therapy etc. etc. for some people it works (even miraculously) but also it crashes some people. Which is why all health things are contextual awareness.
I could not recommend for long term usage even the hyperventilation in the Star exercise.
I have not tried this field or the hyperbaric oxygen therapy though, nor do I know the total effect on the metabolism and homeostasis, the pitfalls or long term effects.
I thought Apoptosis was good for removing cancers and stuff?
Yeah it’s often something people try to use to simulate chemotherapy. But when you don’t have cancer it makes your body age faster when you overdo it.
But no-one has noticed any bad effects from the audio yet.
The audio is very good. I´ve listened to it since release.
25 years ago I worked in a neighbour country in a nursing home.
Sometimes I had to take the elevator down to the basement and pick up oxygen flasks.
On the way up, in the elevator, I always opened the valve and took a deep breath of oxygen.
I remember the feeling, fresh and clear, like a double shot of espresso.
You can increase your antioxidant intake from foods to decrease the free radical damage if using this field a lot. There’s also the Glutathione and Antioxidant formula audios. Although Gluthatione does say proper nutrition is needed for the increased antioxidant production, guess the same applies for the other.
I guess the same warning applies to this as the hyperbaric compressor, so more than 1 hour per session would be a lot
It’s fine
