I like that sort of “Emotional Mastering Protocol” approach, present also in some therapy techniques. Not making the emotion belong to ourselves nor identifying with it.
Another good old field, still very handy. Enough confidence to make the choices that won’t cause any remorse. Or at least no regret like “if only I had been bold enough to do that, seize the opportunity while I still could”. Indeed.
That’s a lovely and supporting field for sure. No “derealization” or disconnection symptoms that can happen sometimes with some other intercessions (except the Angelic one). One keeps minding their business while feeling safe, protected, watched by benevolent grandpas (who even bring tea occasionnaly lol).
Anyway @AmeySarda3 a virtual hug to you, hoping that the suggestions in here will contribute to make you feel better soon.
