idk what you’re talking about the paypal stuff, I make payments with Paypal, no problem.

Really? In my country banks are forced to offer free accounts. So everyone can have a debit card for sure.

Paypal accounts must be linked to a card or a bank account. If you purchase anything with paypal, without money in paypal, it uses the money in the linked accounts/cards.

You can also have money in paypal by getting a “friends and family” transfer or payment (by creating an invoice…or maybe even the paypal.me donation thing). So with a friend’s help, you could do that (paypal will probably take some small fee though).

Hopefully that’s allowed in India too.

Apologies for chiming in, but it was the same here, couldn’t fund the paypal account. But that’s not needed to make online payments.

As long as you have any way of making online payments, there shouldn’t be any problem. Many stores don’t look ready or polished to take payments from certain countries, but they often are. The customer support should be able to tell you how to purchase from India.

That is if you’re buying in any external store. If you’re buying from Enlightened States store, you can probably speak to SammyG directly.

Edit: Apologies again. I just checked that it is banking regulations and stuff. So I don’t think what I said works u.u

Wish you luck finding a solution.

Debit card is no credit card.

  • Debit card = from your local bank, nationwide payment without fees for customer (at least in my European country)
  • Credit card = from 3rd party companies, worldwide payment where it is accepted, fees for customer

In my country only rich people have real credit cards because our debit cards are sufficient and way cheaper.

Try to buy over your mobile, there might be a Gumroad Gpay option
