If you can send me an image, Id gladly help. Others have been able to purchase without that issue so I’m not sure what the issue is. If you can send a picture that’d be helpful.

@SammyG I would definitely love seeing those laser engraved tags as they seem very durable and sturdy and able to withstand for a long time to come…
I’d love to purchase a few of these fields like fearlessness and such if your gonna offer them already thru a tag and such I’ll hold off on purchasing it if that is to come as an option.
but as it is now you just buy the image of the field and embed it in an item? =) of if anyone can clarify the process for me. Also wanted to extend my deep gratitude for bringing these back in this form as I have been wanting that for such a long time.
@SammyG I’m also facing the same issue. Whenever i click on place order it just displays an error in red saying “Sorry, this order requires a shipping option.”
I haven’t received the email so I am unable to change the password. So if I log out, I won’t be able to log back into my account because I haven’t received the temporary password that was supposed to be issued.

Then most likely you either typed wrong address, or gmail silently dropped the email before it reached your inbox.

If you can find Ric_Flair’s address in your SMTP logs, there should be a status code recorded for that outgoing email that details whether it’s considered successfully sent or not and why.
If you don’t mind sharing which product was that?
Assuming it’s a digital download, whoever published may have configured it wrong.

For each product, there’s a “virtual” option that should be checked on anything that doesn’t require shipping.
Perhaps the vendor didn’t do that.
