I wouldn’t say it’s better. Usually, new version is updated version. But many users prefer older versions for number of reasons.

Nothing to explain really. Matter of personal preference.
Some like the music in old ones, some prefer the music in the new ones.
Many like the fact that new ones are shorter.

I always did Jing Chi and Shen. Then basal marrow and Microcosmic Orbit. Or I may have done marrow before basal. I did it in the order Captain released them. Except for when I wanted to experiment. I learned much from doing one at a time. Meaning I learned exactly what each one does. Now I can even recognize when there is a little shen in a producer’s field even if they didn’t state it.

Do I have to listen every field twice in a row and then second etc. or do I listen entire stack and then relisten?

ETA: I know you’re new here, but you’re asking this same question across 3 different threads. That only adds to your confusion because none of us can see what others are recommending to you and why they’re making their recommendations to you. It’s like you’ve got multiple radios in your room, all on different stations. Sure, all those stations might be the same genre of music. But that makes it hard for you to hear any piece of music with any clarity.

Does anyone know if the internal alchemy audios (and the 3 treasures audios) are appropriate for all genders? Like is it that after a certain point it is same for both male and female? I’m just beginning in learning taoist practices and there are technical differences in male/female cultivation, specifically in the beginning of cultivation. So I just want to make sure. Thanks!
