There is a trend on social media over the past few years claiming that “Gen Z folks are aging faster than other generations”.
I think it is partly true and depends on specific behaviors and lifestyle choices.
I personally encounter people from ALL age groups who do look 15-30 years older than they should look. Lifestyle choices in all generations make huge impacts.
Here in Germany, most men beyond the age of 40 look like 60 and have a disgusting collection of viscercal belly fat. Reasons: no excercise, shitty diet, low testosterone, Boomer mindset adoption.
As for Gen Z, I think their biggest aging factor was not mentioned by AI, which is growing up with a smartphone and starring for hours into a blue screen before going to sleep.
Starring into a blue screen = melatonin disruption and supression.
Melatonin is a youth hormone.
When people disrupt their melatonin levels on a daily basis, especially at a young age and during puberty = extremely faster aging!
The sleep disruption aspect is completely true. My younger cousin literally does not turn off his screen until 3 AM and you can definitely see the physical toll it takes on his skin and eyes over time.
Porn,All type metals in products which goes into stomach, several month old packed food, microplastics , chemicals, prone to low vibration cause of constant consumption of music, social media rage, doom scrolling, loneliness, no parental support, exploit in teen age, increased attack of life force sucking entities and various other things
Forgot the biggest one EMF radiation. Literally been fried since inside the womb. Other generations were not fried at such an early age.
Gen Z is def aging much faster. So many are half blind due to screens and flueroescent lights (up to 80% in asian countries) and have old man/old lady diseases.
Oh and forgot for the chicas “influencere culture” is not doing them any favors. Being brainwashed into getting botox/filler at such a young age as a “preventative” (dumbest thing i ever heard lol) makes them look like 40-50 year old ladies trying to look young at the ripe old age of 25.
All the things mentioned above. I believe the biggest culprit is general stress and fried nervous systems due to smartphone overconsumption, low testosterone and growth hormone due to poor sleep, lots of drugs and alcohol to cope with widespread depression, pre and postnatal jing loss because of porn
I think most here would know that if you don’t use your brain it ages faster setting up a clock for biological decline but if you say anything people get offended and pissed especially GenZs.
Bring up some really good points here. I’d also add the informstion overload. Our brains from an evolution standpoint, are not wired to take in this amount of information at once.
Everyday, processing hundreds of people as they scroll on their feeds. Thing is, they’ve been overloaded with information since they were just kids. So this will also likely age their brains more quickly.

Im only 26, but longevity and better aging are a big interest of mine. My goal is to become 104+ years old
Those are good fields but your best bet is “information diet” as sammy mentioned. The brain overload is real. Try unplugging more often and you’ll be way ahead.
