Wasn’t sure how else to ask if I can listen to a subliminal either silent or with just nature water sounds and a field track at the same time… I have tried it a few times but unsure if its working or if its a problem?

It is fine. IN the FAQ page, it is stated you can listen to subs along with fields. Playing them at the same time won’t be a problem

I mean I’ve been doing that both at the same time but I guess I never stopped to find out if it was something that was interfering on either end of the work. I appreciate the response.

Thank you guys I appreciate the feedback, last few weeks I’ve been doing it and Not until today did I stop and ask myself well if this is all working at a subconscious level will I be confusing my subconscious with too much input by doing both at the same time?
Including the new green eyes one from Your channel. 
I like to mix them up a bit. Vibration/Energy Accumulator type stuff works great to boost anything else you have going on.
