For what it’s worth automated upper body workout an extreme muscle growth they’re working well for me. As far as with Weightloss I’m still a fat fuck lol. Not that fat but i don’t like it. I exercise quite a bit. Not sure why i can’t lose weight. Maybe thyroid but test shows normal. In order for me to lose weight i have to completely stop carbs 100%.
Do stem to fat cells video then. I am pretty sure you have a lot of fat around your organs from the way you are describing your situation. Or do anti estrogen and DHT.

Most people that have used the fat to stem cells audio haven’t experienced weightloss but the audio could potentially help by healing whatever is making you gain more weight.
Then it brings me this question, how much fat is possible for it to be there around your organs?
Use diabetes treatment, leptin audio, and if you don’t care much about muscle you can also do supermetabolism boost, do fasting (depending on your weight you may also do extended fasts), cut sugar, eat high protein, cut carbs as much as possible, (eat ketogenic diet if you want to speed up results), cut calories a little bit below maintenance and stick to it (btw cutting calories won’t work without fasting bc your metabolism will just slow down so be aware of that). Do weight training (to increase lean muscle and speed up metabolism), don’t do much cardio. PM me if you need more advice.
