Am I correct in understanding that you have to discontinue all the other fields you are using while doing the course?

Not all fields, merely those which work on the energy body.

A lot of the sapien audios work inside the body, on specific things. (like organs and cells)

but honestly it a better idea to take a break from all other energy works that work on the energy body.

Edit: Upon further notice from Dream, I think you should take a break or really easy down on energy based audios (such as vibration audios or energy blockage, chi or jing, ext…) for the time being. Not until you have finished with at least your first run of the audios (after finishing crystallization audio).

Reason for this being is because we are all at different levels of development and it’s best to approach the first run of the audios as a beginner. It’s best to all do it this way to completely avoid any issues that could arise. Overstimulation can be counter productive in energy development. (If you already have been listening to them, don’t worry, just stop for now and keep going as is. You don’t need to start over)

Vibration series for example can be pretty intense energy wise as well so it could overstimulate your energy system while going through the phases of the course. I do believe it would supplement it greatly as it has for me. But these audios came months after I’d already listened to the course audios. So after the first run of the audios, you will be safe to do so as your energy system will definitely be prepared for that sort of stimulation. And of course then you can mix and match (listen to body primer, energy sensitivity then vibration of creation, ext…).

As much as the idea of not doing vibration and restoration for a month freaks me out a little (they’ve become part of me) I think the overall benefits of the course will be great in the long run.

I looped this audio at night and today had such a strange day (in a good way). I had to do stuff that I really don’t love with people, but I noticed in myself more “calm confidence” like nothing can touch me, and also people act more differently that other times. Most of them wanted to help me. I was waiting in line with 3 people in front of me for an institution, when I asked them if they were waiting for the place I had to go, instead of answering my question they gave me a hand in a sign of - come in front of us, gave me their turn . I was absolutely shocked by this.

And one more thing - maybe i overused it, because most of the people were generous with me, but i noticed (i am very empathic) that some of them had to me like “scarry respect”. I will continue to use it, but less time to see what happens. For now, I really like it.
