my experiences have been similar. i am the one that usually thinks of my crush, but then i get more tired and my mood gets lower.

they definitely don’t reach out to me unless i’m enjoying my own life.

it’s fun and a struggle changing my mindset on this, but it really is worth it!

No, You dont have to think about anyone although it may help I believe.
Just listen to the audio and it will get rid of all ‘‘bad’’ connections, aka Etheric Cords

If law of attraction attracts the similar, and you come from a viewpoint of scarcity mindset (needing someone, wanting someone, desperate for someone), you will most undoubtedly…end up in a relationship that is full of problems and hardships.

Rather than…trying to get back what’s lost, focus on changing your mindset, bettering yourself to the point of not needing another person. Sounds odd but why indeed.

When you come from a point of Abundance mindset, and wanting to give love and take care of another person instead of needing one, wouldn’t you be attracting someone much better.

We are born complete and whole and it’s quite puzzling if you see it from this point of view - why do we constantly see the need for someone else to “complete” ourselves.
