If you can get those, I’ve had really good results with this supplement: PERMÉA RÉGUL® + (SANS FODMAP) - Perméabilité intestinale
(3 month cure)
My Mom had a ton of digestive issues all her life. Our family is full of doctors and most of them scoff at holistic health or even at the usage of the term “Leaky Gut” sadly. Things are changing and doctors are finally looking beyond their textbooks.
My Mom is a Biotechnologist with a stressful job. She retired recently and whola, all her digestive issues disappeared the minute she got away from stress!
A few things that helped her:
- This digestive supplement. Tastes pretty disgusting (according to her)
- You need to avoid excess Fiber. Sadly, many consume way too much of fiber (or alternately, too less) - and this can irritate an already weak gut further, and the body has to work much harder to get the nutrients out as fibers make it work harder. So go with a gentle fiber like this one.
- A good quality Colostrum that helps re-build damaged gut barrier and soothe the gut
- Regular exercise
Fields that may help
- Iron Gullet
- IBS Field
- Intestinal Cleanser
- Bacteria & Fungal Apocalypse
- Stomach Renegeration
- Intestinal Regeneration
- The new Stomach Ulcer audio
- Food Nutrition Absorption audio
shilajit and barley grass
This stack gave me my life back. Aling diet and supplements
I suffered with leaky gut for nearly a decade before I discovered the root cause. In my case, it was gut parasites - pinworms to be exact. They live in the gut & feed on the sugar in your blood. So, in order to get to your blood, they chew holes through the gut lining - voila, leaky gut that never fully heals.
I am now keeping it simple (below is the overall health stack that I use):
- Plasma Flaunt X 5
- Acu Automation X 1
- Smart Tapper X 1
- Iron Gullett X 3
- Gastro Specialist X 5
- Smart Tapper X 1
- Acu Automation X 1
I sometimes add Advanced Healing (volt version) to this stack. Weekly once, I do the Bacteria Slayer field and follow it up with probiotics.
Great stack ! I might copy
I got some slippery elm and some licorize shrew extract and started doing the bacteria slayer field and wow it helped me alot.
I’m glad :)
So go with a gentle fiber like this
I cant get a hold of that fiber supplement. I need a fiber supplement that wont aggrevate ibs/sibo. Vegetables are hard for me to process…
Amla and spirulina combo is good to stop the leakage, aslo Triphala. The most important thing is to get a food sensitivity test done for IgG reactions, like the comprhensive test from Everlywell. You must eliminate all of the foods that cause gut inflammation if you want to permanently reverse the condition.
Tried two new things:
- Replaced my earlier Fiber with this one. More affordable, works as well as the other one, can be ordered on Amazon, and mixes much better in my morning smoothie
- I was sent a new probiotic to test - this has a unique blend of strains that works on insulin resistance as well as avoiding sugar spikes after meals. They have some good clinical studies done on Pre-Diabetic patients. I am mainly using it because we have Diabetes in our family, and additionally this also helps with a host of digestive issues.
Posting it here in case anyone finds these useful…
Im gonna do stool test now, and put out 460 dallas. Cuz i cant continue buying all these supplements without knowing what i need.
Yup, especially if your purpose is solving an existing issue and not just prevention (like in my case)…
Gosh, I forgot to include this in my previous answer, my bad. It’s one of my LinkedIn articles.
I had leaky gut and type 2 diabetes for years and this is what I did to solve the problems.
Improve Your Gut Health, The Same Way Hippocrates Did - With A Few Modern Touches
I hope this helps
I tried a few different styles of parasite cleanses, natural & prescription meds. Some helped a bit, but I never found anything that eradicated them except extremely aggressive fasting.
