As far as I understand it, they’re very different fields. Your question is like asking “Which is better: cookie or purple?” They’re different things, you see?
And if your question was answerable, the answer really depends on your goals, which you haven’t yet mentioned. When you ask about “better,” you’re meaning better in relationship to your goals or intentions. That’s a factor that we’re going to need to know, too.

Start with BOL then proceed to LOS if u wish, I believe BOL could make u experience LOS effects better, just my opinion. Their functions is different tho

good question, goals with audio is to have a enlightenment or to just change mainly just better life more for enlightenment though I hope that answer’s. my other intentions here was just to get more info on audios too
