Hello everyone. So lately I have been listening to the ego dissolution, subconscious limits removal, diabetes treatment, and enhanced fat metabolism frequencies as I am sleeping. Is this bad for me? I notice I seem slightly tired when I wake up but then again I just started a new schedule of waking up at 7 am. I used to go to sleep at 7 am due to me working night shift. I typically go to bed at 11 pm these days.
Also, I seem to be losing fat in my stomach area finally. Will post results one day.
Well, everyone is different, but I have no problems hearing the audios while I sleep, I play them twice by night and I have no problem at all, actually I can tell you that sleep better and wake up with more energy. So just take a look for the newxt week and see if anything changes. The new schedule could be the “issue” (just a matter of time and habit).
how long have you been listening to the same stack? your body might just be adjusting to your stack and at the same time your new schedule.
i agree with @KA-Energy to observe yourself more and your new schedule. if you’re always feeling tired when you wake up, you could shorten your stack or just listen when awake.
