Lucid Dreams 2.0

Thanks for this, as always Bashar is very logical but the method suggested to create the object seems tedious, did you try?

Ha, Iā€™ve had this on a list and in the back of my head since Iā€™ve heard it, was trying to think of something that Iā€™d wear and look at every day (for ease), or trying to think of some concepts that would surprise me in such a way that Iā€™d realize Iā€™m dreaming. Itā€™s beenā€¦ ugh, to have vivid dreams but to find my perspective seemingly on autopilot. If only I realized I come from a different space-timeā€¦ That being said, I did play for a while with a waterproof eyeliner pen brush that I used to write ā€˜Youā€™re dreamingā€™ or draw a symbol on my finger every day ā€“ I would pay enough attention to it while trying to draw it. Could be an ideaā€¦
I posted this before I even got to the object part, all very interesting.

Bashar said the object has to be something representing your core or essence, something you are attached to, sadly Iā€™m not attached to any object lol, donā€™t know how should I proceed.

At best thinking to print a digital image of my own pic and then use it as an object but attaching the mirror part and seeing myself in that mirror seems challenging.

I didnā€™t even get to think about the mirror, similar ā€˜problemā€™ with the object that represents me :P He also said you can draw it. So Iā€™m thinking it can be a symbol or image that you are particularly drawn to and elicitsā€¦ stuff.

Yea may be the flag of the country I belong to as it is a part of my identity. Iā€™m thinking of doing the other way take a small mirror and then fix the image on the mirror after the first week is over. Will try and see how it works.

Hmm but if you see it in a dream, will you say ā€˜Ah, this is meā€™?
I was also thinking of having the object as imaginary. What most readily came to mind I donā€™t own yet, but if I look at myself in the mirror and imagine myself wearing it I might kill two birds in one shot :P (manifesting)

I think Bashar said after the first week the image seeps into the dream, that is why the image has to be something you are strongly attached to.

Lucid Dream Achieved!

So I was in my car, and an enemy was throwing rockets over it, they hit me, but I was still alive, which make no sense, so I realise is not real,

Became literally Neo, and saved everyone :laughing:
