I’m looking for a way to find the previous version of the lungs track - the one without the music.
It was for me more effective than this version.

Are you logged into Patreon? It’s 4.50 a month for a subscription to Sapien Medicine’s Patreon. Not all his posts there require a subscription but it sounds like this one does.
I’m logged in and I’m giving a donation each month so that’s why it’s weird but nevermind… many thanks for your kind help

Perhaps Pleurisy on Patreon might be more effective as it’s an updated version of Lung Restoration and Strengthening Ver 2.0.
