I’ve noticed that Sapien’s mandala images include words,
Does that mean that the mandala form includes the words that describe it for its effect? Do i have to print the words too for it to work or I can cut it off?

No, those are just identifying labels.
The mandalas work just fine without them. There are many examples in the Sapien’s Instagram thread without the words.
