Should I listen to the mantras in sapiens mantra meditations channel while meditating or I can listen them anywhere?

Just today got some info from Samuel. some of which are related to Mantras.
Mantras are a good way to beginning to connect with the spiritual realms/higher deities. But instead of just saying the mantras, express a ton of love and gratitude for the beings. I’ve learned the best way to get a beings attention and communication channel, is if when focusing on connecting with them, express love, gratitude and respect.
I hope this helps. Seems like Om is the language of Creation and Love is the Language of living.
