Perhaps a moderator could update the first post and title of this thread each week to include the new date and time in the title, and the YouTube link to Sapien Medicine Live Radio (Meditations) and any other relevant information in the first post, so that the ‘lurkers’ and those who haven’t got time to read the entire thread can find the information quickly and easily. 
Edit: How about something like ‘Weekly Mass Meditations - Next Meditation: 8 August 15:00 GMT’?
