I would strongly recommend for those who have been attuned to the “Become The Healer” healing energy from the course (even if only done the first day) to set an intention to send the energy to anyone who is in need of it / asks for it and listening to the mass meditation. It would be interesting to feel out the possible healing that can be done. Only if you are comfortable with this of course.
I would actually like if someone can send healing to me…

@This_Boy_Here Question… do you have to hold the tags or can you just wear them when meditating? Is the point that they should to be within your aura?
I hold them in hand. At first I was holding 2 in each hand, but I had quit. Now I just hold one in each hand for 2 full plays of the Epsilon brainwave audio. Then holding one tag per play, for 4 total plays of the Gamma brainwave audio. I was doing more, but tbh, I feel the tags waaay stronger than how I did initally, so I don’t really want to do that anymore…lol. I had started to do that after I had read it a post that @anon6431808 had posted. It was an article from Dream. Hmmm, I can’t seem to find it. It’s somewhere on this forum. And it says you hold them in hand while meditating to the Epsilon or Gamma brainwaves.
@This_Boy_Here Thanks for sharing this. I was going to meditate playing the ‘Meditation’ audio from the course as well. I have 6 items that I was going to wear while meditating but that looks like it might be too much.

No problem buddy. The meditation audio is a great audio, but I feel like I like the Epsilon better because it takes me deeper. All I do, is I tell my dragon to engorge me with the Ego Dissolution energies while I play the Epsilon. But everyone has there own way of doing things. I think what even made it more intense(@OM’s going to love this), and I am not sure…it’s just a hunch. But I was meditating for prolong hours to the tags that I had boosted 3 times a piece. I quit meditating to those tags. Now I just meditate to the one’s that I haven’t boosted. It’s not like I can’t handle it,(I’ve got an extremely high threshold for pain and feelings of being uncomfortable), but when my brain isn’t at it’s optimal best, oh yeah, we’re going to cut that stuff short. My brain is my most valuable organ, so… (It used to be my privates when I was younger, but not anymore. )
Thanks so much for finding this and sharing it. This definitely confirms that I need to only hold one item at a time so it can integrate into my subconscious faster.

Perhaps then I should listen to the Gamma Brain wave audio instead of Meditation audio? I don’t have the Epsilon audio.

Damn, I forgot. Like how long does everyone want to go for? 30 minutes? An hour? I know it’s late for some of you guys so, sorry again for that.
I think if you are still having trouble with focusing, it would be best to use the meditation audio. I am not sure, but that’s just my hunch. It seems it’s tailored for that reason. But maintaining focus during the Gamma brainwave isn’t that hard neither. And it has wonderful benefits also.
Epsilon could be better for field assimilation but epsilon doesn’t include fields that help you stay focused into the present moment. So in my opinion, it’s not a great meditation field because meditation in a sense directs the mind to meditate. Over time, you’ll find yourself having a more empty mind and being able to meditate properly with it. On the other hand, epsilon brainwaves can relax the mind and bring you to deeper states but if you are able to remain present. @This_Boy_Here is already moderately experienced with meditation so he is likely able to do that at this point.
