Mbl/hardcore/muscle hungry

I have MBL and Hardcore in the same stack, but not back to back. although I don’t see why that would be a problem given that the descriptions for both did not specify not to listen to them in that way.

That’s tough man, I’ll tell you what i think about it and you can make a decision based on what works best for you

Muscles hungry for fat is a great way to prime your muscles with energy from your fat storages, so it’s great before MBL or Hardcore. Im assuming that’s the reason you’re using it and not the work out aspect since you got hardcore which beats that aspect out of the water.

Muscles beyond limits is great before or after a work out, i personally listen before during and after the gym but when I’m not going to the gym and only lisfening to a work out stack ​I’d prefer to have it before (you can also split your listens in half if you’d like and listen before and after)

  • Listening to MBL after a workout/hardcore is great because your hyper sensitive to nutrients after a work out since your muscles are damaged and need healing so this would further enhance the increased nutrient absorption aspect of the field

  • Listening to MBL before a workout/hardcore is great because i feel like it primes your muscles to under go a more efficient type of damage to your muscles so when they recover they’ll recover with all the changes the field made and would do so more effectively having already trained your muscles with the changes MBL instilled

Muscle beyond limits works best right after meals. You shouldn’t listen to hardcore while digesting foods because your body is using energy to digest food and more blood is located in your digestive system and any work out of any kind can tamper with your digestion and hinder your work out on top of that…

So if i where you and if i decided to listen to MBL before a workout/hardcore, I’d listen to MBL about 30 minutes after my most nutritious meal and then wait at least till my food is fully digested to listen to hardcore… (any where from 1.5-3hrs after your meal depending on how much you ate and what you ate) i also wouldn’t listen to muscles hungry for fat before MBL if i had just finished eating due to it also including a work out

And if i where you and i decided to listen to MBL after a workout/hardcore, I’d listen basically in the same stack, of course after muscle recovery, and preferrably 30 minutes after eating your post work out meal right after listening to increased nutrient absorption… I’d also time my meal to be like 5 minutes after hardcore is done so i can reap the benefits of the heightened nutrient sensitivity…

MBL= Muscles Beyond Limits

That would be MajBOP or MinBOP (or some other way of indicating the Major or Minor).
