Plastic does not “breath”. Those houses will require expensive dehydration machines. Otherwise they will be breeding nests for bacteria and fungi.

My initial concern is the flammability of it.
Burning and melting plastic… can be very dangerous.
But I believe she combined it with other materials.

Not enough investors to support and/or local politics and economic rules are all corrupt and don’t allow for situation to improve. Happens with a ton of promising inventions.
Basically, the solution for all these challenges is to raise the overall vibration of the planet and humanity. Then people will be automatically more inclined to help each other instead of exploit each other.
Of course, everyone needs to start with the cleaning out process and vibrational raise within their own soul first.
