There used to be a site around 2009 called verydemotiovational.com , before 9gag even first came around and all that
We used to browse that during lessons where we were given access to computes in high school, it was only this kind of stuff. Like pre-memes.
Then after 1-2 years people just started using this format for anything without the sarcastic layer, and there was no control, so the site became crap.
