For those wondering, yes, it can improve your conceptual thinking/communication.
While using, I intended this to develop my conceptual ability further and after only a few sessions, holding concepts in my mind has become far more effortless/smooth and is helping me work more deeply with other fields I own.
For the dreaming aspect, I find that sitting with this for at least 10 mins before bed and intending to have lucid dream works best for me.
Haven’t had a lucid dream yet, but I find it greatly enhances vividness and my ability to remember them.
More generally, this field isn’t just about sensing subtle patterns around you, but also puts you in touch with those deeper layers of yourself.
In doing so, it encourages a more self-contained, self-reliant approach to life.
It becomes more about listening to your inner voice rather than external things/people around you.
These newer fields feel like a completely different caliber compared to the ones that came before.
A lot of possibility here no doubt, and I look forward to exploring them more.
