Oh thanks , but I’m finding it hard grasp what the album is about just a little description to know a bit like the other audios have descriptions to know what they are about ,we see what to adjust be it diet, supplements ,etc to get max benefits of the audio like for example I have an autoimmune disease I’m currently listening to autoimmune disease audio which is giving me relief, I think it’s good to know what the audio does so I get the best out of it without triggering my autoimmune disease like what does the audio do , I hope I’m not coming off rude I just want to know apologies for any inconveniences

There are a few audios with no description. Perhaps some forum members who have tried these can help you with your concern. No worries, not an inconvenience.

Yeah, I heard that shingles is horrible and highly contagious. When my father once got it a while ago, I ended up catching chickenpox from him, since I didn’t have it when I was a kid. I don’t think you can catch shingles, though; you develop it from when your immune system becomes very low. I have the virus in me too, so my turn will come one day.
Well, I hope you got through it in the end, and you’re in good shape now anyways

really wish we had descriptions because all of these are complex so like what is being addressed is the question
The name of the field is the condition it benefits. A person knows if they have the issue or not and can use the field and determine how it affects the condition. Since these are medical issues there cannot be a description on YouTube.

Yeah, understood - But I am speaking of the mechanics of the field - like can it be used for prevention or not, etc.
