Mstate Gold/Silver Meditation trial today

I have meditated with Monatomic gold from SES for over 2 years.
So I thought let me report on the new Sapien Field

Time: Approx 45 mins
Tightness in core.
Tingling on toes, both feet
Some light electrical activity in heart area
Some tingling in forehead

here is my experience:

I heard mstate platinum 3 times and felt a nice massage in my brain since the very first moment. The description makes me think this can replace Brain sincronization and TDSC audios.

Iā€™ve been listening to this almost daily as a part of my meditation practice.

Iā€™ve felt some pains all the way right to the bone - my right shoulder bone which I broke 2 years ago.
Also, some tingling and aches in the parts of the body.

I would just listen to them all in equal amount of time, which is what I do. I listen to each one 4 min. each. It takes 20 min and I do it right after listening to Plasma Light and Plasma Mitochondria.
If it makes u feel better when u listen to it like this, u get 4 min. of Gold & Silver together vs. 4 min. of just Iron by itself.

I donā€™t. They seem to ā€œplay wellā€ together, complement each other.
But u can of course.

I group my SM/DS/EA fields/vids together (like with like), then play them at different times of the day. The energizing ones in the morning, the relaxing ones at night, the ā€œneutral onesā€ through out the day.

(On Sunday is my weekly maintenance day.)

I like to start my day Mon-Sat with SLR, Nullify Negative and Knight Mindset all X1. Then:
The Plasma Light Beach (not protocol) 6:30 and inching up
Plasma Mito. 2:30 and inching up
All the Mstates X4min. each
Auto Grounding X1

Schuman ResonanceX1

That is 1 grouping

No every day. But u can play them however u want. The Mstates always make me feel a little better.

Well try it yourself. Iā€™ve played 2 of them (Gold& Silver, Rh & Copper) multiple times in a row in the past. The problem is I have a good sized playlist through out the day, so time is an issue.

I used to play each one 2-3 times in the past (In a row).
The groupings I mentioned before I feel the most well being from.

Well that gets reshuffled frequently as (S.M. and group) come out with new ones that I want to incorporate.
I have a Brain Group-every day if possible, some definately every day (Longevity, Brain Message)
An Exercise Group-2-3 Xweek
A Beauty Group-(for skin) usually 2X week
A Health Group- every other day, a few of them daily >(an example Heart Regen.)
Spiritual Group-every day
Nutritional Group-every day except Vitamin C 2-3X on Sunday
Super-Duper Group-every day (All MstatesX1, Torsion,Plasma Light and Plasma Mito, Cosmo-volt, Longevity)

It varies. A week ago my sister surprised me by coming into NY to see her best friend, so I got to see her. (its been over 6 mom. since Ive seen her) That screwed up my Sunday weekly maintenance group, so I did it on Mon. instead. Things got reshuffled. Certain audios within each grouping I consider essential, those I fit in no matter what.
I have been listening to S.M. since Spring 2017. I didnā€™t start with many then. Some of the groups crossover like Health and Beauty and Brain and Health.

I guess the short answer is about 25/day, but I havenā€™t counted them in a long time. This is in a 24 hr. period.
The great thing is that u can listen to most of them while u get ready for work, commute to work, during lunch break while u exercise, during formal exercise periods, etc.

I play them all on my desktop computer speakers. I have never used headphones because I live alone.

Sorry, I thought I was pretty specific. Maybe if u ask a direct specific question(s) instead. I will do my best to answer them. I use the workout/exercise group (2-3 Xweek) and beauty group (2X/week) on alternate days. When I mention 'groups" I mean audios that tackle the same organs/part of the body/basically same results, but in different ways. Usually on Sundays is/are my maintenance audios.
