Hi, Im kinda fat right now but i started today dieting in a healthy way.
i started using 3 audios right now
1- Stomach and Intestinal Ulcers healing (for my gut health)
2- Amygdala Healing
3- Fat To Stem Cells
I really want a classic natural muscular body, so I have no idea what audios to listen to for muscle growth and how many times to listen to, and im really happy with the 3 audios (listed above) i listen daily because i love their results (for healing overall)
So, if you may guide me on what to listen to, i will really appreciate it.
