This is rather interesting. I have used this audio maybe for 2 days. I have what’s called a skinny fat body.
I only have apparent fat in my abdominal region. Everywhere else is practically no fat.
The veins in my biceps are apparent now. I didn’t even workout today. Before even after working out, I wouldn’t see any veins in my biceps area, now I see them even without working them out for 24 hours.
I’ll be updating again after a month to see how it goes.
But it does make me wonder, I wonder what percent of fat my biceps have since the veins are apparent now? Another one near my deltoid area the vein is very apparent. Which again I have never seen before here.
