Btw, Youāve most likely become a lot more empathic than you were before you began your spiritual journey. Being empathic makes it difficult to shield out external energies. Between the pandemic, the election and general world-wide divisiveness, this collective energy is energy-sucking and choatic and does feel overwhelming to a sensitive. Weāre being bombarded with it.
So, itās definitely good to put those audios back into your rotation but also have a look at the empathic shield and this new one:

No problem! I do feel I am not like how I wasā¦I have just been using the Ascension tag, without the the audios I had mention, and I didnāt think I would matter.
